Served piping hot from the oven, they are split and filled with a knob of butter and fluffed up with a fork, then sprinkled with rock salt and ground pepper if required before being topped with a choice of hot or cold filling available on the day. The amazing aroma of Lincolnshire, Cumberland, Sundried Tomato with Basil and other flavoured sausages sizzling in the oven alongside crispy bacon is impossible to resist, especially when served in a fresh bread roll topped with crisp salad leaves and a condiment such as red onion relish or just good old fashioned tomato sauce. Served of course with a cup of tea or coffee or a soft drink to wash it down.

Homemade Pure Beefburgers

We make our own 100% pure beef burgers from quality minced beef which we season and prepare with red onion, garlic, basil & balsamic vinegar. Absolutely delicious served in a warm bap with grated cheese, mixed salad and a sauce or relish available on the day.
