We purchase only the best available quality products for use in our catering service. Our bacon, sausages, meat, cheese, pasties, and pies etc are sourced and bought directly from local artisan producers where available and we provide links to these suppliers here.

Home Made

Our coleslaws, marinades, relishes and potato fillings are home made by ourselves using only the best and freshest ingredients available. Where no suitable artisan producer is available to supply a product and we cannot produce it ourselves we only use top quality branded products which are known to our customers.

Brands

Our English customers for example will be familiar with our tea which is either PG Tips or Tetleys, coffee is either Nescafe or Carte Noire and soft drinks are Coca Cola branded products to name a few. Our website is always updated in line with any produce supplier updates and the origins of our food is always available to our customers at events. We maintain this constant improvement policy to ensure that our customers can be confident of the highest quality food and service at all times.
